Note: For Junior positions, the probation period officially starts at the beginning of training.

Intern or Junior?

Here’s How to Know!

Intern VA (Learning Stage)

  • 0–1 year of experience

  • Still building confidence & skills

  • Works with step-by-step guidance

  • Tasks are checked before sending

  • Focuses on learning tools, systems & communication

  • Handles simple, repetitive tasks

  • Not client-facing

  • Slower pace expected — accuracy over speed

  • Expected to ask questions & improve weekly

  • Focus on learning & improvement

  • As an Intern VA, you’ll assist with administrative, outreach, and content-related tasks — learning how to manage workflows, organize projects, and communicate effectively.

    You’ll work closely with a senior account manager who will guide and review your tasks daily, helping you grow your confidence and skills week by week.

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist with outreach and email drafts for clients

    • Support content scheduling and organization

    • Help maintain trackers, notes, and research documents

    • Handle simple personal tasks for clients (reminders, reservations, research, etc.)

    • Learn and follow agency systems (Notion, GDrive, Slack, Canva etc.)

    Improve accuracy and communication skills over time

    Requirements

    • Vietnamese, based in Vietnam

    • Some experience in admin, marketing, or social media is a plus

    • Good English reading and writing skills

    • Organized, responsible, and eager to learn

    • Basic familiarity with digital tools

    • Reliable internet connection and professional work ethic

    Benefits

    • Base Pay: 4,000,000 VND for 120 hours.

    • Extra Hours: All hours are tracked and paid. You get extra pay for anything over 120 hours.

Junior VA (Execution Stage)

  • 2+ years of experience (Marketing or Sales)

  • Works independently with confidence

  • Takes ownership from start to finish

  • Handles client communication directly

  • Organizes, prioritizes & solves problems proactively

  • Manages more complex tasks

  • Client-facing & responsible for results

  • Fast, organized, and professional

  • Can guide interns and support team

  • Focus on execution & leadership potential

  • We’re looking for a Junior VA who’s experienced, organized, and ready to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
    You’ll support clients with both business and personal tasks — from brand outreach and content management to admin and scheduling.

    You’ll communicate directly with clients, maintain trackers and systems, and work independently to keep projects on track and on time.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage brand outreach & follow-ups

    • Support social media calendars and content tasks

    • Handle client admin (email inboxes, trackers, schedules)

    • Coordinate deliverables and communicate updates clearly

    • Assist with personal tasks (bookings, reservations, travel research, reminders)

    • Maintain systems and project organization (Notion, GDrive, etc.)

    • Identify problems and suggest solutions proactively

    Requirements

    • Vietnamese, based in Vietnam

    • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales (or related roles)

    • University graduate

    • Strong English communication skills

    • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive

    • Confident using digital tools (GDrive, Notion, Slack, Canva etc.)

    • Able to work independently and take initiative

    Benefits
