Working with your VA at Orange Tree VA

Have a peak inside the way we work with clients.

  • As easy as sending a message in Slack at anytime. You can get the app on desktop + phone!

  • Your VA will get on your task when they’re online.

    You can let them know if a task is an emergency, or capping the task in a specific amount of time

  • Your VA will send over a report at the end of their shift to loop you in of their progress + notify you of how many hours are left in your package

  • All work files are shared through Notion for easy collaboration. Orange Tree VA offers paid plan so you can upload items unlimitedly

    You can also find their Timesheet, where your VA tracks the tasks they do for you and how long they spent on them

    This will be set up prior to your VA commencing work

  • Using the info and reports gathered from their shifts, you can adjust task duration or how they perform the tasks for you to your liking

Notion Set Up

We assist you with setting up your Notion before our VA starts working with you.

Notion will act as a centralized workspace, enabling your VA to share their work with you more effectively, or store information for mutual access.

Task Delegation Workflow

The Task Delegation Workflow is designed to streamline task assignments and clarify client requirements.

This new system enhances the efficiency of task delegation for our clients and significantly minimizes any potential miscommunication with Virtual Assistants.

End-of-shift reports

VA’s will send you End of Shift Reports after their shift to loop you in of what they've done for the day + issues to flag + notify you how much time you have left in your package.

This feedback system has made it possible for us to work with clients anywhere in the world with the least friction.

Clients are also welcome to adjust their End of Shift Reports that match their requirements.

Timesheet

Our VA will log their hours on your Notion workspace with every task, so you get to see how much time they spent on each task, when they start / end.

This will happen in real-time and you can use this data to provide feedback for your assistant.
